The one hint we can offer (at this point) is that if Activity E comes after BOTH Activities C and D, and if C finishes at 110, and D finishes at 120… you MUST start Activity E at the LATER of those two times. So in this example Activity E MUST start at 120 (that later time of the C and D times). That is the most important trick to drawing the Gantt chart with the tool.
Then the other hint is that the line for E must go horizontally across based on the time for E (10, 20 or 30 for example). Look at the X-axis for this the time reference. Hope that helps. Good luck.
